Sandy Tracks Academy — Licence and Usage Terms
SANDY TRACKS ACADEMY: Licence and Usage Terms
Version date: 26 October 2026
These terms apply to all Course Materials provided with your Sandy Tracks Academy Product. “Course Materials” has the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), and includes every video lesson, LUT, preset, template, raw footage file, worksheet, written material and other downloadable content. These terms form part of, and are subject to, the Terms. If they are inconsistent, the Terms prevail.
- Ownership. Sandy Tracks Academy Pty Ltd ACN 703 318 352 ABN 14 703 318 352 ("we") owns the Course Materials, or uses them under licence. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and your own content creation. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
- What your licence covers. Subject to the Terms and payment of your Fees, you may:
- use the LUTs, presets and templates in your own published content, including paid client or brand work;
- keep one personal backup copy of downloaded files for your own use; and
- use the raw footage files to practise editing only (not in published content).
Content you publish while you hold this licence may stay published after your access ends.
- Third-party licences. Some Course Materials include, or link to, third-party material, such as music, sound effects, stock footage, fonts, base LUTs, or templates built on other platforms such as CapCut or DaVinci Resolve. That material remains subject to its owner's licence terms. Where we know of a restriction, we will tell you in the relevant lesson or file. Unless we say otherwise, music, sound effects, stock footage and fonts in the Course Materials (including any audio heard in a lesson video) are for learning only, and you must not extract or publish them from the Course Materials. If you use them in published content, you must get your own licence. Where we give you a link to third-party material (for example, on Instagram or Epidemic Sound), you access and use it under your own account and that platform’s terms, which may require a paid subscription. Templates may need a compatible, and sometimes paid, account on the relevant platform.
- What's not allowed. You agree not to:
- share your login, download links or any Course Materials with anyone else, including clients;
- screen-record lessons, or upload Course Materials to drives, forums, Discord servers, torrent sites, marketplaces or any other platform;
- repackage, rebrand, sell or redistribute the Course Materials, or any edited or modified version of a LUT, preset or template file, or any pack or bundle that includes or is built from one, free or paid;
- use the Course Materials to create or support a competing course, coaching service or training product; or
- use the Course Materials, or any part of them, to train, fine-tune or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model or tool.
- Breach. A breach of these terms is a breach of clause 12 of the Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access under clause 18 of the Terms, and, if applicable, we may take further action for copyright infringement. Under clause 17 of the Terms, you may also be responsible for third-party claims and the related loss and costs that arise from you copying, sharing or redistributing Course Materials in breach of these terms. Clause 18 sets out when refunds are not available, and that is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
