Guess the Weight Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

 

Promoter, dates and who can enter

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Sandy Tracks Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 14 703 318 352]) ("we", "us"). The prize is supplied by Fatboy Bikes ("Fatboy").
  2. Agreement. By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They form part of the prize offer.
  3. Competition period. Entries open at 8:00am AWST on Friday 6 November 2026 and close at 5:00pm AWST on Sunday 8 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. Entry time is based on when our system receives the entry.
  4. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over and is only open to people attending the Perth 4WD Show in person.
  5. Exclusions. Directors, employees and contractors of the promoter and of Fatboy, and their immediate families, cannot enter. Immediate family means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

How to enter

  1. Scan the QR code and complete the entry form with your name, your email, and your guess in kilograms.
  2. One entry per person. If you enter more than once, only your first entry counts.
  3. The Troopy and boat will be weighed exactly as displayed at the show, and the weight will be confirmed by a weighbridge ticket.

Winner and prize

  1. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  2. The winner is the entrant whose guess is closest to the weighbridge weight, whether over or under.
  3. If winning guesses are tied, the prize is awarded to the person who guessed first
  4. The prize is one Fatboy Bagus V3 e-bike, valued at $4,390 (RRP incl. GST). It cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. The winner will be announced on @sandy.tracks within 7 days after entries close and contacted by email or Instagram DM.
  6. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize goes to the next closest guess.

Privacy and general

  1. Marketing. By entering, you agree to receive emails and marketing from Sandy Tracks Academy and Fatboy Bikes, and for your details to be shared with Fatboy for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  2. Privacy. “We handle your personal information under the Sandy Tracks Academy Privacy Policy (https://www.sandytracksacademy.com/privacy-policy). Details shared with Fatboy Bikes are handled under Fatboy’s Privacy Policy (https://www.fatboybikes.com.au/policies/privacy-policy).”
  3. Publicity. The winner agrees to their name and Instagram handle being published when the winner is announced.
  4. Changes. We may change or cancel the competition if something outside our control affects it, as far as the law allows.
  5. Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
  6. Instagram. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram or Meta.
